Cue for CanvasSupport
Need help with Cue for Canvas? Start here.
Contact: email support@cueforcanvas.com. Include your macOS version and what you were doing. In the app, Settings → General → Send feedback fills those in for you.
Setting up
- In Canvas, open Calendar, then click Calendar Feed at the bottom right and copy the link.
- Paste it into Cue during setup. No login and no password.
- Optional: add a Canvas API token (Account → Settings → New Access Token) to also see what you've submitted. Many schools don't allow this, and that's fine.
Nothing shows up
Check that the link ends in .ics, and that your courses have work due in the next few weeks. You can change how far ahead Cue looks in Settings.
Reminders don't arrive
Open System Settings → Notifications → Cue for Canvas and allow notifications. Then click the Cue icon, open Settings, and use "Send a test notification".
Removing your data
Settings → General → Reset erases everything Cue stored on your Mac. Deleting the app removes the rest. See the privacy policy for details.
